​Refund Policy

 

Annual memberships are non-refundable.  You may cancel your membership at any time, however, your paid membership for the current year is non-refundable.  Canceling only affects future recurring payments.

In order to be eligible for a refund on products purchased in our store, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase.  The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.  After we receive the item, our team will inspect the item and process your refund.  The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase.  Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you initiate the return after 30 days have passed, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Policy

​

Annual memberships are not shipped but will be activated within 24-48 hours.

​

Store items are shipped from our drop-shipping company within 5-10 business days (17-22 for Canvas High Tops) and shipping prices will be shown at checkout and range from $3.99-$6.99 per item.
